This question was asked several times before but I am asking it again in reflection of a mouthwash, what claims that it contains "stabilized chlorine dioxide" I attached the picture from the "CloSYS" brand mouthwash. Apparently it is some kind of patented formula, at least that's what the packaging claims it to be.
