First of all, I want to thank everyone who contributes to this forum. Given the heavy censorship surrounding these topics, finding reliable information has been a challenging journey.I am currently exploring the work of Jim Humble, Andreas Kalcker, and Kerri Rivera to improve my health. I am an 32 yo male adult (self-diagnosed high-functioning autistic) struggling with IBS, multiple allergies, and hair loss. I follow a 'carnivore-ish' diet, as it is currently the only way for me to manage my digestive sensitivities.I have a few specific questions and would appreciate your guidance:
- Literature Recommendations: I understand regarding AUTISM I should buy Kerri Riveras book, but does Andreas or Jim also write about it and maybe include guides for hairloss/scalp issues aswell?
- Protocol for Autism/IBS: My understanding is that CDS is most effective for my needs when administered via enemas and does nothing for autism orally. I am currently using a source from Amazon, but I recognize the importance of purity. Could you recommend any reputable suppliers for MMS/CDS in Sweden or Germany?
- Topical Application: I have ordered 70% DMSO to use in combination with CDS on my scalp for hair loss. Does this align with current protocols?
- Dietary Interference: I have read that coffee can interfere with the protocol due to its antioxidant properties. Is it true that I must abstain from coffee entirely while using CDS/MMS to ensure the treatment is effective?

Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics? Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. Importance of Following the Plan

Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question will MMS/CD help overcome some new disease. More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
