check herpes cure using CDS

have a friend that contracted HSV1. I have used CDS for 4 years several times a week for maintenance.
With that said I have the Jim Humble book and have looked at the protocol for herpes HOWEVER it is confusing converting 
MMS recommended dose in "drops" to the syringe I receive when my order of CDS comes in.

can someone explain when it says "1 drop, or 2 drops or 3 drops of MMS" how does that translate to syringe and CCs
