I am glad you are having success and sticking to it so well.
While you can back off a little to ease this diarrhea, I personally would encourage you to embrace it and push on.
I myself would use MMS and get the same diarrhea and it is all normal and your body getting the debris/waste out. I would just say that it is part of taking MMS and is not bad for you.
However I did not often want to push it too far and if you are getting sick in addition from it, back off at that stage but never stop.
If you want to go to 1/2 a drop, prepare a 1 drop dose in a glass of water as normal and just drink half of it (discard the rest) or give the other half to another person.
Eventually as I pushed through all of this, I no longer had this reaction of sickness or diarrhea and I can now consume a great deal of it easily when needed.
The work is done I guess from the lifetime of buildup. It takes time and you should always take it at your pace. Do what you feel is right.
Note, as time goes on, the taste may become unbearable!! This is I think because you are getting to the problem and it does not like being attacked. Push through. Something that helped me was using a Bob Beck Microcurrent device/zapper which is an excellent machine, and after using this, it reset my taste for MMS. I could tolerate it much better after that.
All the best to you.

Droppers can vary as much as 100% in the volume of liquid for each drop they dispense. And it makes a difference on the angle that you hold the dropper or the bottle if the dropper is part of the bottle.Hi,I have been following the regimen exactly as instructed, using the same number of drops for both bottles, 8 times a day.Around the fourth day, I started experiencing diarrhea. Right now I'm only taking 1 drop, and I know the dosage is supposed to increase, but I'm having a hard time tolerating even the 1 drop. What would you suggest I do? Should I try taking half a drop somehow? It's difficult to measure because the drops are hard to control from the bottle.Thank you for your guidance
We use the standard of 20 drops per ml of liquid, so each drop should be 0.05ml. You can use a 1ml syringe to accurately dispense drops.
Your other problem of not tolerating even 1 drop of a MMS1 dose could be caused by a mutation of your MTHFR gene. If you have that problem, it is going be difficult to detox.

This is because the world of plastics is vast, and like so many things in our environment, it’s difficult to know what is really what. To give you an idea, …

Question: Does MMS/CD kill bacteria and virus? Jim: Antibacterial drugs can sometimes stop bacterial [infections] diseases but medicine has yet to develop anything to stop viral infections. Thankfully, MMS/CD has been known to stop both viral and bacterial diseases. For either viral or bacterial infections, begin with the Starting Procedure and continue following the Health …

Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question will MMS/CD help overcome some new disease. MMS/CD is an oxidizer that fits into the operation of the body in the exact right chemical balance to kill diseases and their poisons and eradicate heavy metals. Drugs must somehow attack the nucleus of the …

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Nutritional Research Information

Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …
