One other quick question. You said before "Also, stay away from things preserved with ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate until 2 hours after your last dose for the day". Can you think of any common things off the top of your head that contain this? I usually don't read ingredients on things, but I did read a mountain dew soda can next to me and didn't see either of those on there, (although it does say it contains concentrated orange juice which I THINK qualifies as Vit C and is a no-no right?) Any help would be appreciated and thank you again.
Also, eating. When am I supposed to eat inorder for it to not effect the MMS's ability in an 8 hour day (which I usually only eat lunch and dinner). An hour after 11 would make me miss my 12 dose, so then I would just add another dose at the end of the day?
