CDS optional protocols

This is what I have down so far

CDS Water DSMO Drops
Base 1-2ml 4oz .05 -.01ml 1-2 20drop = 1ml
8hr 8-16ml 32oz .4-.8ml 8-16 or
10hr 10-20ml 40oz .5-1ml 10-20 .05ml = 1 Drop
12hr 12-24ml 48oz .6-1.2ml 12-24

Also read abut CDS and DSMO befor bed dosage and on the body

when using CDS on body can i just use a spray applicator
and what would be a good mixture for that
1ml CDS
1drop DSMO
4oz water

or
2ml CDS
2drops DSMO
4oz water

Also the before bed dosage how should that be mixed
