Hello All,

Basically on this forum their are many, many, many posts on things that people want to take while on MMS. From Vitamins, to Antioxidants, Herbs, ect.

I would like to say (which is my opinion) that I think the MAIN POINT of MMS is to kill the disease. Yes MMS is to generate good health however its point is to Kill Disease.

When on a Protocol, The point is to take MMS or CDS or MMS2 or DMSO or all of them together to the best of your ability to kill the disease.

When people wish to still take their Fruits or Vegetables, Antioxidants, herbs, ect .... they tend to miss the point. Being off of these things for 3-6weeks in most cases will not harm anyone.

Lets keep it simple. Stay off the Supplements that contain Vitamin C or Antioxidants, ect.

Their are probably a thousand things that one could take in between doses that would be good for your body..... but it involves waiting an hour or skipping a dose, or will it kill the mms or wont it........who cares!

Take the MMS/CDS/DMSO/MMS2 for 3-6 weeks....knock out the disease and then worry about taking supplements, and antioxidants ect.

Thousands of People with insufficient diets, even starving people with a health ratio of zero have taken the MMS Protocols and killed their disease fast simply because they are taking the MMS products smartly and without worrying about this or that.

Health, Health products, Health Supplements, Health Herbs, Health Vitamins/Minerals should be talked about after the disease is dead and gone.

The issue is that most people taking supplements and vitamins and herbs, ect still have their disease 6 months after taking a MMS protocol. They sure do feel better however they have missed the point. YOU COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN 3-6 WEEKS IN MOST CASES. However worrying about their health to the point of forgetting how to kill the disease.

The Point : Take your protocol seriously. Stay away from anything that could hurt the MMS/CDS/DMSO/MMS2. Try to take as many doses per day without feeling sick. Do whatever you can do in between such as sprays, baths, enemas, ect to speed the process. Kill the disease then worry about what your body needs and doesnt need.

Kill the problem, Kill the disease, then get that body healthy to live strong and long.... meanwhile use the tools given: MMS, Citric Acid, CDS, DMSO, and MMS2 and Kill the disease.

Take Care All........ Remember Just My Opinion from Experience.

Extremely well said John, thank you. Everybody - read John's post and take note.

If I can add another perspective; the animal kingdom know what to do when they get sick - they fast. Humans used to do that to until we outsmarted ourselves with all the magic pills and potions the marketing gurus have embedded into our psyche. They stopped eating until well. If 90% of your energy is being used to digest food you don't have much left to fight disease.

Most disease can be overcome by fasting on water and doing the MMS protocols specific to the condition at hand. I realise it sounds too simple, we have been indoctrinated to believe we need to rely on professionals to tell us what drug or supplement we need.

Drink lots of good clean water, go for a long walk in the fresh air and sunshine, focus on the MMS protocols and smile. :)

thank you John,

It seemed different for me because usually the non antioxidants non vitamin C food are the processed food, but I guess for the sake of getting the job done and as you mentioned wait a few hours ( I wait 2 hours) after breakfast etc....

thanks.

I have been taking vitamins pills like 5 hours before and after doses (for example like 2-3am in the morning). I thought a 4 hour gap was OK.
I have cut out fruit and veg from my diet and rely on oxy-powder to give me a bowel movement.

Is that bad too?

It would be better to take the vitamin pills 2 hours AFTER the last dose of MMS for the day, if you can do it. The reason being that MMS is gone out of the body in 1.5 to 2 hours - so you know that the vitamin pills will not be affecting any of the MMS. What we really don't know (or at least I've not seen it posted anywhere) is how long vitamins stay active in the body - if it's 2 hours or less, then taking them before your first dose is not an issue - but if it's longer, then it's best to give you the night's sleep for the vitamins to work supporting the body.

Just my thoughts on this matter. I'm with John in that I find that we see a lot of people who want to do many protocols at once - MMS and others that will interfere with MMS - and truly, I think it's being too scattered - one has to make up their mind and stick with something - not sabotage it. I also agree with Jim - in that we need to support our immune system - it's the immune system that heals us -

I certainly have no problem with people gathering as much information as possible - but if one is considering MMS for an issue, I would hope that they would give themselves a chance by
1. getting the book and read it
2. watch the MMS YouTube videos
3. getting informed - look for testimonials that are similar to your issues - use SEARCH engines here and other forums to get as much information as you can
4. following the protocols thoroughly - not just sorta-sorta - you are only going to be taking a short time out of your life (3 weeks or less for most people!) to do the protocol -- it took you lots longer to get sick..
5. staying positive (I think this positivity is very important <G>)

That <<slam>> sound you just heard is my soapbox going back against the wall. <G>
