MSM is a type of sulphur used for healing,
and the DMSO is a carrier used to "carry" the medicine to deeper tissue!
The medicine, in this case, is MSM, and gets applied first, the DMSO goes on top next
then it [ DMSO ] acts like a sub basement elevator, carrying the MSM with it, but going down to deeper tissue for healing.
Perhaps someone can add to that.

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

youtube- daniels, why turpentine is good for your health most excellent info with instructions and warnings for proper preparation prior to using turp should you choose to do so.
diamond g in georgia was the best turp I found.

MSM and DMSO are the same thing.... only MSM is the dried version, and DMSO is the original form. (liquid)
When taking MSM powder, it's suggested one takes 1/2 teaspoon with meals, 3x's a day.
Here's an interesting article on both here:
www.nwhealthsolutions.com/arthritisfoundationMSM-DMSO.html
Personally, I feel MSM is about 1/3 the effect of DMSO, but theMSM is still a good add on for supplements, as it's a lot more palatable than the liquid DMSO.
This is a must read for all who are interested in using DMSO:

You can take DMSO with MMS, if that's what your asking. I have drank DMSO ( 1 teaspoon in 8 ox distilled water, 1x a day on an empty stomach)

MSM being a a dry powder ... and DMSO is a liquid. MSM is the dried version of DMSO, and (in my opinion) isn't as potent as it's original form DMSO.
I think I remember that MSM powder can act as an oxidizer if taken with MMS, and that it should be taken 2 hours away from MMS ....but, DMSO DOES mix well with MMS, and can be taken together.
My question is... if you are taking DMSO into your system ... why would you want to take MSM too ?

DMSO is good for transfer of MMS.
I take MSM, because I have pain in knee.
Do I work wrong?

Maybe try drinking 1 teaspoon of DMSO in 8oz of distilled water (will not taste great, but) as this might get you faster results for your knee. In fact, I have taken the MSM (1/2 teaspoon) mixed in with the DMSO and water.
I was not doing MMS at the time of all this.
Are you putting DMSO (70%) directly on your knee, to see if you get some relief ?

Importance of Stomach Acid

You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat.
