Thought to be caused by the epstein-barr virus.. Like all the other viruses, once you've got it, even when you've "gotten well" you can be a carrier. Adults seem to have more immunity to it. Teens seem to get it worse. The medical establishment says rest and you'll get over it in time. I don't think they have anything for it, either.

A quick word search of Jim's book does not bring up any matches with mononucleosis, kissing disease or mono. So it's not covered in the book.

Since it's a virus, I would assume (me assuming....) that it would be helped by MMS. JH does cover viruses in his book. Protocol 1000. IMHO, viruses sometimes take longer to heal - mostly because they hide out in the biofilm. MMS works a little differently on viruses than it does on bacteria (prevents them from growing and replicating, and eventually they die out, doesn't "blow a wall in the ion shell" like it does with bacteria.) I'd supplement the 1000 with baths.

If there is a very strong pain in the spleen area, hospital is called for - MMS can't do anything for a spleen that has ruptured (which is rare, but a possibility).

Hope this helps, ZoRay.

Thanks Pam
I did think it might help but a search on site revealed no matches so a post was made.
My patient has a career in traditional medicine therapy but has bought MMS today and is going to give it a try being and says this

Curious, MMS, i assume its safe for anyone to take as a 'tonic'?...the assumption that many of us have several unwanted microbes. or are there specific protocols for certain microbes?
i feel like the old monoucleosis has returned

I advised her 3 drops activated each hour 8 hrs a day

Yeah. She might need to work up slowly to that 3 drops, though <G>. Clear out some of the gunk first.
