Nobody has mentioned doing enemas using mms or CDH. On the parasite protocol that Kerri recommends, this is a very important part. Every day and sometimes twice a day. Also doing colonics. You should get her new book.

I wake up at 6 pm and make my mms solution for the day till 2 am, for 8 hours. About 10 pm i take two bags of enema, it is 4 liters of pure watter. I only use distiled water for anything and i do not eat anything for 8 hours til 2 am.At 2 am i take anti parsitic herbs and 10 minutes affter that i usualy eat some salat. And the same goes for the next day, as i already said i still do not feel relief so maybe i have to do it longer or increase the dose.

Are you adding MMS, CDS or CDH to the enema?

Here is a table from page 109 of Kerri's new book that gives some guidelines for doing so. Note that whenever she says "CD", it's the same as saying one of the forms of MMS and every ml of CDH is considered one drop of "CD" or MMS:





If you haven't gotten her book yet, I highly recommend it.

:ohmy: hi, today is my day nr. 8 I think. Today I took 6 drops an hour and endet up with vomiting and diharea. I think this time it was to much for my body to handle. Feeling really heavy fatigue, very low rnergy level, but it is maybe a sighn that mms is killing alot of junk. I am only 23 years old and have huge amounts of parasites oh boy.. have to cary on.. Hope that mms will help me.

MMS will help you Wounds better than anything else I know of.

Yes the fact you got ill is a big indicator something is happening with you, that MMS is killing off parasites and you are feeling it.
Good news is this sick stage does not last that long. Longest reports I have from any of my peeps is 4 days. Yah I know 4 days seems like a long time to be sick on the toilet, BUT if this is what drops the parasites out and makes you back to YOU again, with your whole life ahead, 4 days, if it lasts that long, is not too bad.
The trick is to reduce dosage or drop intake till recovered from MMS herx die off reaction and then build back to speed again. Being sick for 4 minutes sucks, 4 days..... but I say 4 days for you in case you do experience a 4 day detox which I have seen a few times.
Once clear of parasites you will be in a better understanding of how to remove and avoid parasites for yourself and others.
