The solution is from Eden health products and i am using a %50 citric acid solution from the same company.
The solutions are about 9 months old and have been in the fridge since we brought them.
My questions are :
Do you think the solution has weakened dramatically over the past 9 months, to the stage where i need to put more than a 1-1 activator in it?.
If so will it make a big difference if i put lets say 4 or 5 drops of activator in it than i need.
So instead of a 5-5 solution i try a 5-10 solution. Will the extra citric acid upset the stomach or will it do nothing.
Or is it that the citric acid has weakened over the 9 month period and not the purification drops? in which case more citric acid is the right approach.
look forward to your input as i still have 3 new bottles left in fridge that are 9 months old .
many regards and happy health to all
Arkwood.

MMS has a shelf life of 7 years.
But you can add an extra drop or two of one or the other and chase ideas.
If you're not tired of the taste....

I still have one question not answered though.
Does the solution have to produce a gas when its activating as mine isn't anymore this is what is puzzling me. Over the 6 years of using mms i have always produced the gas when activating.
look forward to any reply's By the way to the rev ray we can stomach the taste no problem have done for the 6 years our mouths must be made of asbestos hehehehe
regards

I also see it at times smokes and does not.
Sometimes is darker coloured than other times.
I don't think it's critical it smokes.
Asbestos was something I didn't try n the days I was trying to mask my taste buds from MMS.
Thanks for the tip

When you say you're not producing gas - what observations lead you to that conclusion?
When the acid is mixed with the sodium chlorite - clo2 is produced as you've experienced in the past. If the solution temperature is above 11 C the gas will evaporate out giving the chlorine type smell.
If your solution is above that temperature, it turns brown when mixed, I would say that you've got to be producing gas - but I'm not a chemist.
Put a mix in a small bottle, put a deflated balloon over the top - if it inflates - your producing gas

Or, activate 3 drops out of sunlight, then put in direct sunlight. If the solution is in a tall container, the gas should be contained so you can see it. Keep flame away as it could ignite. I guess if it did ignite you would know CLO2 gas is being generated.
Another way is to pour some MMS/CDS/CDH into a tall clear bottle like a baby bottle, then pour out the solution and cap. Put in direct sunlight and see if a cloud forms in the bottle. I bet it will and quickly.

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
