I have been using MMS1 for 25 days now (17 days on Protocol 1000). I have not had a decent bowel movement since about a week after I started. I did the mold/ fungus protocol and got bad constipation. I stopped that protocol and went on to Protocol 1000. I had Herxheimer reaction with extreme diarrhea because I tried to proceed to fast. I reduced dosages and am now proceeding very cautiously. Now I have constipation I either have constipation or diarrhea. I feel like this is destroying my gut  Before starting MMS1 I was always very regular with solid stools. I have an organic diet with plenty of fiber. I've tried prunes and prune juice. I am experiencing some success with my conditions but I don't think I can continue much longer if my gut problems don't improve. All this is causing me to be very irritable.

The protocols are not for everyone, myself included. I would only recommend them to the seriously ill. I had the same issues as you, so I cut gradually back until I ended up with one drop of MMS in a litre of water and let my stomach acid activate it. Regular as ever now and feel great. Hope you get better soon.

I wouldn't describe my condition as seriously ill, but I do have numerous chronic ailments including:
COPD
Fibromyalga
Lower back pain
Arthritis in knee
Neck pain
Hip pain when walking
Foot pain when walking
Enlarged Prostate
Itching
Anxiety
Irritability
High heart rate

I am 65 years old and some of my problems have come on over time and others more recently. I will not go to ANY doctor or seek medical help except in the case of an emergency like a broken bone. I believe the medical system has caused most of my problems. when "COViD" came around and and I could immediately see all the nonsense around it I decide to stop seeking any help from the medical establishment. I changed my diet and started taking supplements and exercising. My health gradually improved somewhat, but my COPD and Fibromyalga did not. i figured I'd probably just have to resign myself to live with these. I heard Chlorine dioxide mentioned in a few podcasts over the years. I was skeptical at first but eventually thought "What the Hell, I'm miserable anyway, so I might as well look into it. Doing Web searches I came upon Jim Humble and bought his MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. I read it a couple times and decided to give Protocol 1000 a whirl. I made a commitment to myself that I would do it for the full 21 days a least. It hasn't been a smooth ride but I've made it to 19 days now. I have had almost a full elimination of my Fibromyalga. So I call this a success. I haven't seen much improvement with COPD. I'm not experiencing the hip pain and my neck and lower back have improved. I think I have decided to stop doing Protocol 1000 after 2 more days. I think my gut needs to recover. I will continue to take a maintenance dose of 1 or 2 drops  sodium chlorite in 1 litre water. Maybe a in few  months or so I'll give Protocol 1000 another go.

My knees were so bad that I could hardly sit down or get up out of a chair. The pain was another level. After a short walk around the block with the dog I would have to lay down to recover, as my back and joint pain crippled me. My wife suggested I get shoes fitted. I had tried everything else, so I went to the shoe store and walked on the machine. I bought the shoes that they recommended for my feet and after a few weeks I was in no pian at all  sometimes the fix is external rather than internal. I learnt the hard way.

I have decided to stop doing protocol 1000. I am going to to give my system a rest from MMS for a few days and then i am going to try taking sodium chlorite solution without activating it (one or two drops in 1 liter of water) and drink this throughout the day. i'll probably consume about 3 liters of this per day. Maybe I can detox slowly this way.
It has been 48 hours now since I've consumed any MMS! and I'm still constipated. I've been taking an herbal laxative with an organic fiber blend , rhubarb root, marshmallow root, slippery elm bark, fennel seed, papaya leaf, black pepper. I have also been taking triphala., and senna. With all that I'm still constipated. I never had an issue with my gut until I got on MMS!.
I've been drinking 3-4 liters of purified water every day before, during and after using MMS1.
I have also found a protocol for nebulizing CDS solution 3000 ppm. I might try that for my COPD

Try CDS.

Are you taking doses close to food? Some people can’t tolerate eating much of anything during the dosing window. This was my issue.

I get constipated in the beginning of protocols, as well. I have to pound the water and take Cascara Sagrada + Activated Charcoal in the off hours to get things moving and cleaned out. I’m more regular by the 3rd day.
