mms w/ meds and food intake

I currently take 30 mg adderall w/ 40 mg prozac, along with
Ltryptophan and probiotics, b complex, I need help with instructions
on eating and taking supplements. I dealing with systemic Candida,
but seem to have it suppressed, really trying to expelled completely.
Please help
