Protocol 1000: 8 hours Vs 12 hours was created by Delite
Hello fellow MMS'ers,
I have been following protocol 1000 for 19 days taking the minimum of 3-drops per hour (usually 5-7 drops per hour) over 8 hours.
However, I have read online that you should do protocol 1000 over 12 hours as to keep the body saturated with MMS for maximum effective against viruses.
Does anyone one else on this forum agree with the 12hr duration OR 8 hours ?
Regards

Hi Delite.
Thanks for your post.
It has been shown that doing protocol 1000 for a period of 10 hours or up to 12 hours every day is more effective than the standard 8 hours per day.
Thanks.....

Thanks ZnZmagic.
I will try 10 hours. 12 hours will be difficult as I start my doses in the afternoon.

The 2000 protocol is 10-12 hours a day - the additional doses won't hurt you, for sure, and may help. Even starting at 6am, with the desire to do my supplementation 2 hrs after the last dose (and breaking the supplements up into a couple of doses) - I would find 10 hours a day difficult, unless I was really sick and felt I had no choice. But that's just me.

Thanks Pam.
I would start at 6am but I don't eat breakfast in the morning and usually snack on fruit. I can't take MMS on an empty stomach.
So I take supplements in the morning, snack on fruits and have lunch in the early afternoon. I then start my first dose 45-60mins after lunch.
However, I don't stick to 3 drops an hour. I know my body can tolerate 6 drops an hour without causing nausea or diarrhea. I don't know if taking a higher dose hourly will make a difference.

I use the CDS and kinda developed my own protocol
With CDS I used the standard 16ml for 32 oz RO water and built up from there
Some times 96 oz in a day (3 sessions of 32oz) some times per hour or per half hour or every 15min
also fooled around with the concentration from the original 16 ml per 32oz all the way up to 30ml for a 32oz.
And the rule I went by on increasing the concentration, is when it started tasting like water I up'ed the concentration by 1-2 ml
But this stuff makes me thing ... why is this so unknown to the common man. This would bankrupt the drug companies and doctors. And you would only go to the Dr. for genetic diseases and physical harm to the body.
All I can say to you new comers is this works and spread the word.
