Syringes (without needles) are dirt cheap at farm and ranch supply stores.
About $.39 for 1 ml to $1.for 6 ml

Once again - an excellent observation and contribution Charlotte!!!
With hygroscopic and gravity forces to contend with including the aperture size of droppers, relying on drop measurements remains variable.
Making large dose mixtures simply requires a good measuring tool - as you have so aptly demonstrated here.
