mixing MMS

I read that MMS is to mixed with distilled water but then I received info not to use ozonated water. Isn't that the same thing? I have been using distilled water I purchased from the grocery store.

Distilled water is best.... Ozonated water will weaken the MMS.

If you can, try to buy your Distilled water in a glass container, cause the plastic chemicals can leech into the water over time.

Steam distilled is the best. Some companies that make distilled water will ozonate the water first (I gather it's to kill some impurities - not sure it's needed) - I actually have a stove-top water distiller from Waterwise, which I like a lot.
