Jim recommends using distilled water with your dosing - that's the best - if you don't have it you can also use reverse osmosis water - if you have to use bottled water, be sure it does not have fluoride added to it.
Jim says to use 1 oz or 1/8 cup of water for each activated drop of MMS you take. Of course you can drink more water and the more you drink, the better, just to be sure and drink at least 1 oz per drop.

If treating cancer with cannabis oil, can you use mms also? Or will one effect the other. If so which do you think would be more effective?

Cannabis Oil is an antioxidant will kill MMS effect.

I never use anything related to Cannabis. But as a chemist I will recommend MMS because has been prove the affectivity over cancer patients

cannabis oil also has a long half-life, so it is not going to work to take it at night after your dosing day.
