Yes, CDS is easier to ingest than MMS1, but CDS and MMS1 are not the same chemicals. We were on MMS1 for a year then gradually increased MMS1 from 3 activated doses to up to 10 activated doses. We were challenged a lot. We had to reduce our doses a lot cause we kept getting the herx reactions. We recently went to CDS and have begun to take that protocol. Dr. Kalcker took Jim Humbles discover and created CDS to remove the herx results. We took MMS for 2 years now and we have been on CDS for a few months now. The difference is night and day. We prepare the liter glass bottle with 30 ml of CDS and take that 8-10 times a day equally. Sometimes we take it 9 times a day instead of 10. We have no herx reaction, like we were getting on MMS and we are noticing we are detoxing and improving again. We did begin CDS slowly and worked up to the full dose of 30 ml to a liter of water over 2 weeks. We have noticed that the CDS we bought was weak on a couple of bottles and when that happened my husbands Blood sugars increased. They were down to normal range now elevating. We ended up making our own CDS, rather easy and tested much better than what we bought. The water was definitely a more yellow color than the one we bought. We are seeing some progress and hope to heal so one day we can go on maintenance. I'll be happy to share our experiences if it helps you with your journey, anytime. Be Blessed in Jesus' name.
CDS does not contain any sodium chlorite, which Andreas Kalcker says causes Herx issues. There is some truth to that, but depending on your health issue, CDS alone may not solve your problem.
CDS does not travel into the intestines like MMS1 does, and is why CDS does not cure malaria or autism.
When you were using MMS1 I hope you used 4% HCL and not 50% citric acid activator.
Regarding the differences between CDS and MMS1, I hope you have read a recently published article comparing the two.
Attached is that article and another PDF on eating and drinking before and during dosing hours. Also attached is info on CDM, which uses CDS and drops of SCS to simulate MMS1 with small increasing increments.
By the way, AK did not create CDS; a cattle farmer in Spain created CDS.

Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question will MMS/CD help overcome some new disease. MMS/CD is an oxidizer that fits into the operation of the body in the exact right chemical balance to kill diseases and their poisons and eradicate heavy metals. Drugs must somehow attack the nucleus of the …

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …

It is extremely important to always realize that in terms of living and surviving in this universe it is wrong to believe lies. Believing lies can result in failure or even death. Keep in mind that most all children are taught that it is OK to believe lies. That is the result of Santa Claus, …

Longevity Tip: Take a Nap!
Published on: May 11, 2026
Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …
