Good Bacteria ? was created by Musicbar
I have begun MMS2 protocol 4 days ago. Do we need to reintroduce good bacteria to our body? It seems like both MMS and MMS2 would also kill good bacteria. Am I right? I also come across (I think on this blog) that some are taking vitamin C at the end of the day. I guess I need a little guidance regarding what to eat/etc....while I am doing the protocol. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Lynn

MMS2 absolutely will not attack beneficial bacteria - it's really only used by the white blood cells in their work of cleaning up toxins and pathogens.

The current understanding I have for MMS1, which is chlorine dioxide in the body, is that it will not harm aerobic (non-pathogenic, oxygen "breathing") bacteria. I have read that it penetrates the cells of anaerobic bacteria and breaks down the enzyme they use to respire/produce energy, killing them.

Still, quality probiotics are never a bad idea. When using MMS1, I take them 2 hours after the end of my doses for the day.

Bruce,
Thanks for the reply. I will do some probiotics at the end of the day as well.
