I only lasted 3 weeks on Protocol C. It exhausted me (weight loss, minerals?, oxidation?) and having to think about it 10 x day made me crazy. ☺

I think it does not go into the gut, where all the immune system sits, hence full enema's are suggested. Doing full enema's more than once would go on my nerves unless my survival depends on it. I am very lean and need food so I can not "afford to keep throwing it out".
Then I tried Black Seed+Honey for 6 month (no meds) I felt great but after 3 month I made a crucial mistake by switching to Black Seed OIL (not grounded seeds). 6 month test results showed 10k V.L. and CD4 dropped by 30%.
