Exploring CDS as a treatment for various issues, possible mold, poss systemic fungus (exhibiting as toenail fungus), herpes (not likely treatable), and other exposures years back that may be chronic. I use DIV Ozone (it has worked for herpes but its a long protocol), and general array of supplements too long to list. I have a chemistry background.
Ive been reading Kalakers site andreaskalcker.com/en/cds-clo2/protocolos-cds.html though I have not read any of JHs yet.
This may be dealt with in other thread but I did not find it by searching, sorry if so.
I make CDS by saturation (basically same as Kalacker), to yield an approx 3000 ppm solution.
Is his protocols for beginners, he notes in protocol AAS AMATEUR OR BEGINNERThe first dose is 3 ml CDS (or three activated drops (in a 1: 1 ratio if there is no CDS) adding 200 ml of water, before sleeping, on the first day of treatment.
On the second day another 3ml CDS (or three activated drops) are taken by adding 200 ml of water, one hour after breakfast and another three activated drops by adding 200 ml of water, before sleeping.
On the third day, the two previous doses are taken, after breakfast and before sleeping, adding another dose one hour after eating.
Then you continue with the same three doses, one hour after breakfast, lunch and before sleeping, the necessary time of the treatment, until you feel recovered.
This protocol is suitable for long-term application and also serves as maintenance.
--- 3 mls is a huge amount. vs 3 'activated drops" Assuming that is a 3000 ppm solution.
Can anyone clarify 'activated drops' ? Is that some combination with DMSO or other?
In either case, 3mL is still massive.
Any feedback is appreciated

On day two, add 2 ml of CDS to an all-day bottle with 1 liter of water.
Day three, 3 ml of CDS, etc., until you are at 10 ml of CDS daily on day 10.
One ml of 3000ppm CDS contains 3 mg of chlorine dioxide (CLO2).
One fully activated drop of MMS contains 8 mg of CLO2.
Instead of making slow CDS as shown by AK in his video, consider making CDS using my new method called Quick CDS. 3000 ppm CDS made in about 3 hours time.

A few questions.
What is a fully activated drop or MMS?
re; CDS @ 3000 ppm,: adding 1 mL to a liter, for hourly use-- how many Ml per serving?
If dosing over 8 hours, what about foods? I had seen a recommendation of using CDS on an empty stomach. And a need to avoid any antioxidants (C, coffee, any veggies etc).
I see your gradual increase daily. Prudent vs going straight to 10 ml as he says. Is he recommending 1 single day, of treatment ? It is not clear10 ml of CDS 3000 ppm (or 100 ml of CDS 300 ppm) are added to 1 liter of water, per day.
One part is taken every hour, until the contents of the bottle are finished (8 to 12 doses).
In case of serious illness or danger to life, the dose should be increased, slowly and progressively, in separate doses, taken throughout the day and depending on how you feel, reaching max. 30 ml per liter of water. If it is necessary to drink more, prepare another bottle of water. The dose should be reduced if you feel sick or nauseous. 60 ml should not be exceeded in 12 daily doses (5 ml / h for 100 kg). The duration of the treatment would be the time necessary, until you feel recovered (dose response).● Protocol C = 10 ml of CDS 3000 ppm in 1 liter of water, for day.

I have a Telegram 'Quick CDS' chat group, but will be closing it and other channels and groups on Telegram. I will attach a few files to this post.
A fully activated drop of MMS (22.4% sodium chlorite solution), which would be 0.05ml when using the standard of 20 drops per ml of solution, is a drop of MMS that can not convert more than 8mg of CLO2. When MMS is activated for 30 seconds, about 10% of available CLO2 is released and stomach acid may release the other 90%.
Protocol-C is usually 10ml of CDS in 1 liter of water. Eight or ten equal size hourly doses.
CLO2 is an oxidizer, so avoid antioxidants. They can cancel each other.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
