Hello 👋 I reading the Brain Stone material given to me by one of my practitioners, trying to learn all about the different protocols of this amazing stuff. I've started with protocol !, the CDS a little at a time, but I'm confused about how food can affect it. The material says that this way of starting with CDS is simple and easy because you put it in your water and drink it as you would your daily drinking water. Then I read where some foods can interfere with it's effectiveness. I'm concerned because I drink water with my meals. Should I wait before and/or after, and for how long? Thanks for any help you can share. 😃

CDS is better with empty stomach as it doesn't need stomach acid to react the left over like MMS1.

The best way is to drink CDS every hour as the potency last 1 hour roughly and you want to only have snack size meal in between (half hour). 1 hour after all days CDS (8 does) you can have full meal. Or if you full big meal in the morning better wait 2 hrs to start

Hi
I have only just started using CDS myself and I too was concerned about eating. I chose to go with a fast while taking my daily doses.
I have a very light breakfast (a couple of slices of sourdough toast with 100% natural peanut butter) wait one hour and then start taking CDS every hour for the next 8 hours.
I then wait at least one hour after my last dose before eating a normal-sized dinner.
I do feel hungry during the day but I'm willing to go without to give the CDS the best chance of doing its thing.
Plus I could do with losing a bit of wait anyway lol
