Hello,

I am currently taking both MMS1 and MMS2 and am only able to tolerate a little less than 1/4 capsule.

Does the average three week period to take this protocol start when Im able to tolerate one full capsule or when I started taking the MMS2?

When you started taking MMS2. Not everyone can tolerate a full capsule.
